Our chat assistant uses AI to answer questions and collect inquiry or appointment details. Chat messages are processed by our AI technology provider and may be reviewed by our team. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong, so please confirm pricing, availability, financing, and appointments with a staff member. Do not type Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords, or other sensitive information into chat.
Electronic documents and signatures
If you buy a home from us, we may send documents for you to review and sign online through DocuSeal, an electronic signature service. The signing service records your name, email address, signature, and signing details such as date, time, and IP address so there is a reliable record of the agreement. You will be asked to agree to electronic signing first, and you can ask for paper copies instead.
Staff sign-in
Our team members sign in to staff tools with their work email address. We send a one-time sign-in link or code to that address and keep a record of sign-ins to protect customer information. Staff sign-in is not used for customers.
Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
